Today we have cars, trains, planes, as primary mechanism for transport. Most people use bikes, other two wheelers and some use bicycles for day to day transportation routine such as for work places, schools, colleges. etc.

Keep your bodily movements naturally while walking. The arms should swing naturally, and inversely, i.e. right arm forward with left leg and left arm with right leg, without any effort.
To get better effect, you can tighten a little bit your core while walking. Similarly, keep comparatively less and gentle pressure on heel than foot.
